The food is very good. The fish portions are good, but the shrimp portions are skimpy, especially when you factor in the price. The fries are very good. I love the shape. The conch fritters are very good. The staff members are very nice and courteous. I don't mean any harm, but I love shrimp! I would recommend this location to all people. Bravo
My service was outstanding , my server kept checking on me and never let my drink get empty. The food was delicious and cooked correctly.
WOW-Moment! As we were passing by we decided to stop for supper not knowing we would have such an awesome gastronomic experience! It took a minute to get seated as the wait staff also do the hosting. They are hopping and make sure folks are served properly. We ordered flounder and clam strips and a deviled crab dinner. These meals were GREAT! The least favorite part was the okra, but I would order it again for sure. We will be back!
Went on a Saturday, right before 4pm. Restaurant clean and sparkling. Marissa waited on us and was EXCELLENT!! The food was fantastic. Can't wait to come back. Worth the drive from JAX.
Classic feel at home excellent seafood! Have not stopped in in awhile at this location in Callahan FL and it was just as great as ever especially after a long day helping with hurricane clean up in GA! Service was made us feel right at home even though it was busy and small staff! Flounder/Shrimp special had at least 10 nice size butterfly shrimp fried and broiled to perfection and the flounder was flaky and tender and not over breaded! Broiled version was also delicious! Generous portion sides of grits, fried okra, and half moon sliced fluffy but crisp fries! Hushpuppies would hush up any pup! Excellent value! Worth a stop at any location! Just like home comfort seating!
Shrimp and Troup was delicious. The Cole slaw and fries amazing too. I cleaned my plate. The sweet tea was so good I drank 2 glasses. I never get disappointed when I eat here.
The food was delicious. We had the special, flounder, lightly blackened and lightly battered shrimp, 2 hush puppies, and a choice of 2 sides. 12.99. Green beans and mashed sweet potatoes were perfect. The other plate, mac and cheese, and green beans. We didn't use any sauces or seasoning. It wasn't needed!! Perfect! Oh, and our power was out because of snow and ice, and I wanted coffee and to warm up. It was perfect thank you!
